Short stay in Pittsburgh

This townhome is spotless--we're a "no shoes in the house" family, so cleanliness is important to us. This place was very, VERY clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfy, towels were soft, and there was very strong and good coffee. Plus, the bathrooms were HUGE! As other reviewers mentioned, Chad was very responsive and while there isn't parking right in front of the duplex, there is plenty of free street parking behind the parking lot. Chad provides will also provide instructions on how to get a visitor parking permit so that your car doesn't get towed. I gave 4 stars for the location. While it was walking distance to the aviary and downtown, the area is a bit dicey in the fact that there are addicts and homeless people around. It's hard to see so many addicts in one small area, but Pittsburgh was hit hard, like other industrial cities. Other than that, it is close to the scenic yellow bridges connecting to downtown--which is only 15-20 min walk from the home.

Enjoy the stay. Great location, close to PNC Park. The apartment was spacious with all the amenities. If I come back to Pittsburgh for a ball game will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

We met up with friends, choosing Pittsburgh because of its location equa distant from both of our homes. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants and museums, parks. It was quiet. The home gave a place to hang out and just be together, which was our goal. It was just as advertised. A bedroom and bathroom on each floor gave both couples privacy, while the kitchen and living room were comfortable places to hang out together.

Girls Bday trip

This is a wonderful cozy place to stay. Steps away from the brewery which was nice. A short Uber ride to the strip district or downtown. Several bars and restaurants. There are several steps in the condo but it is a great place to stay. Comfortable beds! Chad is an excellent host. Would highly recommend

Great place. 2 huge bedroom, 2 huge full baths. Excellent centralized location. Lots of food shopping, bars, restaurants within 10 minutes or less. Stadium is 7 minutes away. TV’s in every room. Really nice and clean.

The property itself was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. We really appreciated the specialty coffee beans provided for our enjoyment. It's also one of the rare places in the city that has two full bathrooms plus laundry, which is a must for multiple adults. The property is conveniently within walking distance of the sports stadiums and downtown (over the bridge). Unfortunately, the neighborhood is too gritty and urban for our taste.

Everything from the location, the cleanliness, and the communication with Chad was awesome. We were walking distance from Acrisure stadium, plus number of bars, restaurants, bakeries, and shops/stores. The hosts have thought to include EVERYTHING you might need--above and beyond what you usually find in a short-term rental. Highly recommend!

Nice convenient and comfortable spot

Great place to stay and enjoy the city with family. Beds could use an upgrade, and steep stairs might be hard for some. We found it a great fit for our family of four. Also beware the street cleaning schedule for the on-street parking.

The place was very nice and clean, large bedrooms and bathrooms, good kitchen, solid Roku TV in every room. We really enjoyed the place. The host was very responsive and helpful, always checking in and making sure we were doing well. Parking an issue that we had to work through - you sign up for street spots, and the street spots were a bit away (one or 2 blocks) from the property. There is a lot right next to the property, which is a paid lot, which we used. Location was really good for PNC park, and the neighborhood is very interesting and diverse. We ate at two very good restaurants very close to the place. Good food, very trendy.

Great place - Clean - Quiet - Comfortable

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at “King & Queen” in Pittsburgh! This is a 3-story townhouse with lots of space to feel at home away from home. Be aware you will need to do some stair climbing - which we found to be no problem. The kitchen and family rooms are on the first floor. The two bedrooms are on the second and third floors. The laundry is on the second floor. All of the amenities were complete and welcoming with linens, towels, soaps, shampoo, full kitchen facilities. Only one steak-knife - we shared. All very nice and clean! After registering to park on the city streets, there was plenty of street parking on the block around the townhome, but you can’t park in the parking lot directly in front of the townhome without paying the lot fee. It’s city-dwelling with all the charms - close to shops, restaurants, groceries and the city center. Using GPS made it easy to get around. The hosts were easy to work with and promptly helped with all questions. They even arranged for us (my wife) to be greeted with a bouquet of flowers when we arrived. Very nice touch that started our visit off on the right note. I highly recommend this venue and would come back again. We loved our stay here and found all of Pittsburgh a friendly and welcoming place to visit.
