Fantastic

The property was outstanding. Better than advertised the host was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond Location was perfect for local dining. Local activities hiking and shopping and the the property had everything to just hang out Thank you Would highly recommend Thanks we will be back

Wonderful family home in the Berkshires

Our family enjoyed our week long stay in this beautiful home. Morning coffee on the screened porch watching the leaves change color each day was just so relaxing. This home has all of the amenities a family needs and we would love to stay here again. The property manager was extremely helpful and timely in communicating with us.

Wonderful Stay!

A beautiful home in a gorgeous natural setting. The house is spacious and well-appointed had everything we needed for our stay. The property is spectacular with great sitting areas to enjoy the view of the beautiful Berkshires. We especially appreciated the screened-in porch and the fire pit in the backyard. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. Thanks for a great stay!

Spectacular home with a view

Our family rented this beautiful home in the Berkshires for a long weekend, 11/3-6/23. It was clean, well equipped and perfect for our needs. Our only regret was that we didn’t get to spend even more time enjoying all of the wonderful amenities. The home sits atop a hill in a very nice neighborhood. The driveway is steep, but well worth the trek to the top…we had nice weather, 4wd would almost certainly be needed in ice or snow. The property is beautifully landscaped and the views are breathtaking. The interior of the home was spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated with lots of eclectic charm (which I loved). We were in town for a Celebration of Life for our recently departed brother, so our weekend was a busy one with relatives. Everyone in our party agreed that we would love to come back to this true mountain oasis to spend more time around the fire pit or soaking in the hot tub! Thanks for such a nice stay during a difficult time. :)

the PERFECT reunion

We were a group of mature women (friends and family) from 21 to 65 gathering from all over the country to celebrate a 65th birthday. Every single woman was delighted. The house was beautiful and the 'flow' enabled us to all gather for all inclusive meals and parlor games, and intimate talks - effortlessly. We used the garden, the hot tub, the game room and even had an impromptu concert in the 'music room'. The guitar has been tuned (you should probably take off the one steel string - it may cause warping), and even though the piano was lovely, it could also use a tune ;-) This did not hamper our enjoyment!! We cooked every meal there. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with staples and equipment and we appreciated the double oven. The beds were very comfortable for all. We thought we would do more cultural excursions, but we just didn't want to leave the house and its beautiful views. We liked being Herman Melville's neighbor and took a couple of walks there, as well as visiting The Mount.

Lots to love about this house

There really is lots to love about this house. It is very, very clean. We were able to completely relax because of the cleanliness and overall condition of the house and the property. Additionally, the grocery store was literally 4 minutes from the house. There were lots of things to do within a 15-20 minute drive. The area itself was absolutely beautiful and the people in the area are incredibly kind. Additionally, the house is set in a woodsy-type neighborhood, but you can be in town in just a few moments. It was a great location, the property managers were easy to work with, and the house was just wonderful. I would definitely recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again.

Great house for the young and energetic

This was a great place to stay for a family group, a bunch of friends, several couples. It wasnt good for us because we are too old to deal with all the steps. The house is on top of a hilly street, with a beautiful view to October Mountain, and is landscaped to perfection, and has a whole bunch of recreational features and cozy sitting areas, but there are steps to enter the house, steps to get to the deck, steps to the very nice bedrooms, steps to throw out the trash, etc. We recommend this house without reservation, as long as you are ok with stairs!

Great time with family at Mountain View

We had a great long weekend celebrating grandma’s birthday with family. We had 5 adults and 5 kids (8-13 yrs) and everyone had a great time. House was clean and well appointed. Plenty of space for all of us. View was great. thanks!
