“This was our second trip to Smith Mountain Lake and our first stay at this condo. Having access to all of Mariner’s Landing amenities was great and super convenient. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 as the three boys could share the second bedroom with the three beds. My wife loved the kitchen and how well stocked it was with dishes and utensils. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!”

“Stunning views and fabulous all-season full glass wall (that slides open) porch! Condo was immaculate and easy to enter. Neighborhood lovely for walks and sunsets. Used fitness center several times, and it was clean and accessible. Plentiful pool seating. Fabulous on-site restaurant with excellent food and service.”

“We have our boat at Mariner’s therefore we have stayed at many of the places there. This one was the worst one so far! Besides being located in the bottom floor we walked into a musty smelly condo. There are stains all over the carpet and sofas. The kitchen appliances were old and the oven was not clean on the inside. The pots and pans were greasy and dirty in the cupboards. To top it all off the carpet that end, right before the kitchen, had exposed nails and two of us hurt our feet on...
