“This property is not suitable for anybody with mobility issues. One member of our party has trouble climbing stairs. Nowhere in the property description does it explain that the apartment is on the second floor of a building. Tenants must climb two flights of stairs to get to the front door. Another flight of stairs inside to get to the kitchen, with the lounge on the first level, guests must continually navigate the stairs to have drinks or snacks.
