Stunning
Property is stunning and well maintained. You won’t find a better view- no need for beach bars- have a drink on your own deck and soak up that view! The Flying Pig is walking distance for drinks, food and fun.
Beds were comfy and the rooms clean and plenty of towels.
Outdoor seating is lacking- for a space that sleeps 6- there is only three pool chairs, and one is broken. No seating on that gorgeous beach.
There are security cameras on site that aren’t disclosed in the listing. I was assured by the host they aren’t operational - but they are connected to power and have green lights- so I’m not sure I believe it. Normally not an issue, but because of the house layout, the deck where one is located is like the main living space between the bedrooms and kitchen. The deck is very private with it being up a floor and the gorgeous landscape and vegetation- so I discovered the camera after stepping out of the bedroom not fully clothed- just be aware.
I don’t think there is a prettier more private spot in the area- if you’re coming to Placencia, just book it!
