Chris was very friendly and helpful. He let us charge our Tesla and even check in a day early due to Vrbo issues. I recommend using other platforms to stay here to avoid the issues we faced. The house is in a very quiet and peaceful area and the lake house is cool. Vibe and decor is eclectic and cozy but has everything you could need. It's very rural, surrounded by nature - we awoke to the sound of birds, which was delightful, but a few bugs found their way inside, which was less delightful, but expected. There are no mosquitoes even though there's a lake because the frogs eat them all - yay! There are ticks so make sure your dog is on preventatives. Everything was clean and towels were fluffy and looked new. Bed was incredibly comfy and kitchen was well equipped. Couch pulls out to make an extra queen bed. The only thing to mention is the kitchen table is a high top counter with stools, but we couldn't eat at it with our legs under the table, so we just ate breakfast standing up. If you're planning to eat all 3 meals here, that might be a tad bothersome. We were out during the day. The lake house is really neat, with a fireplace, a piano (some keys stick), and comfy chairs. It rained the whole time so we didn't get to use much of the patio chairs, firepits, hot tub etc. We'll have to return again when it's sunny! A wonderful stay and a wonderful place, all in all! Highly recommend.
