“Great place, nice area. House was clean and furnished as expected. Only problem was there was an ant infestation so we had to keep everything off the floor.”

“Everything we expected and more.”

“TV selection wasO.K. except for very little sports programing. Could not get cold water for washing machine.”

“Spacious house with very comfortable beds and furniture, well-stocked kitchen, pleasant patio facing west with dining table, quiet walker-friendly neighborhood, good location for beach and hiking access, suitable for 15 night stay. A fenced-in camper adjacent to the house was occupied for 2 of 15 nights.”

“Home was well stocked, open space. Clean home. Beds not comfortable. Home did not have good lighting, it felt dark in the home. Ac worked excellent. We stayed 2 nights and it worked out overall. 21 minutes from mineral springs. Host very friendly and receptive.”

“The home was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed. We were concerned about it being a duplex but never heard our neighbors at all. We were close to beaches and had great weather for hunting shark teeth.”

“Big, nice house, plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen not stocked with enough basic items. Ice maker doesn’t work. Beds need to be replaced.”

“We loved our stay and it was perfect for our trip to explore the beaches and parks in the area. Clean spacious and had everything we needed. Very nice owners with extra touches of hospitality! Love this gem and will be back!”

“We visit the area 2-3 times per year. This place is a gem! Checking in was quick and easy. Host was wonderful with quick answers to questions. The home is clean and spacious! Backyard was private. We enjoyed being close to our family, Englewood beach and shopping. A short drive to Venice beach and a short drive to shopping in Port Charlotte. Neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed traveling to Wellen Park for a fun night at the Braves training stadium. Highly recommend this property! We will...

“We had a wonderful 28 day stay. (February 2026) The house has everything you could possibly need and then some! The pool is heated to a comfortable temperature for swimming. The large yard is perfect for kids or pups. The neighborhood is very walkable and safe. Jocelyn was so great and attentive! She checked in regularly and responded quickly if we had any questions. Definitely two thumbs up! ”
