Ideally located for exploring the Valley of the Lakes, the Route des Crêtes (Crest Road), or for a short break in Alsace. Groceries and a doctor are 3 km away. GROUND FLOOR: Ground-floor living room with fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, electric coffee maker, pressure cooker, and crockery), dining area with table and chairs for 6 people, and a relaxation area with sofa, small table, fireplace, and TV. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160/200). Shower room. Separate WC. FIRST FLOOR: 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed (140x190cm), Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds (90x190cm). A utility room with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, and iron is located upstairs.
