“This property is a lovely space in the heart of beautiful Geneva, IL. The property owners were very gracious and inviting during our stay. The guesthouse is full of amenities and the owners have been so thoughtful in providing the little touches that make your time away extremely comfortable. Animal and nature lovers will be thrilled by the beauty and wildlife found just outside your door. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.”

“Our team had a one day conference in Chicago. Although it was near the highway it wasn't very loud. Decent neighborhood and the good part is that it was near the highway. Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely.”

“The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences.”
