“This place was terrible. Primary bed was broken, couch was broken, mold in the shower, rust completely inside and outside of the coffee pot. Entry is really complicated, there are 3-4 different gates all with different gate codes and we didn’t receive the right codes to get in. No one will ever answer the phone, you can only email and when I told them everything wrong and that I didn’t want to stay there because beds were terrible and everything was broken, dirty and not cared for they refused...

“I had such a wonderful stay! I honestly can’t remember the last time I slept that well—the beds and pillows were unbelievably comfortable. Your space was absolutely adorable and so thoughtfully put together. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. “Cancelled my reservation unexpectedly the day before arrival. Messaged the host a few days before arriving for the entry message and no reply back just to follow up with a cancellation 2 days later. I would not recommend booking with this host. No communication. Vrbo was great in protecting my payment with the full refund thankfully. ”

“Do not stay here. I rented this property for a weekend with family, only to find out that it was a scam!!! I emailed the host twice, called the number provided and tried to contact the property manager with no response. Finally I contacted VRBO -while I was driving to the city 5 hours away only to find out I will have to stay somewhere else not of my choosing- (two hotel rooms) so our family was split up. “We loved our stay! There were 6 of us who stayed for one night for crafts and a girls night. Parking was easy for one car. It was much less convenient for the second car. Would recommend carpooling! Area was great. Apartment was very clean. The host was very responsive to messages. Would stay here again!”

“This place was great, I love the location. The sleeping arrangements were great too. Also the unit is really close to the parking garage and being on the 1st floor. The host was very fast with communication, and checkout was a breeze. I’d come back and stay here again.”

“The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better.”
