“Pool area was very nice water was clean. Restaurant staff very attentive welcoming you Helen the cook and Alex and the other ladies in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner had many selections of food. Enjoyed the greek night with live music.Room was outdated. Overall it was a very good stay.”

“We stayed at The Bay Hotel & Suites with two young children and unfortunately our experience fell well below expectations. We booked a Senior Suite with Garden View based on the description and photographs advertised, but the initial room was materially different and raised genuine safety concerns. The advertised bathtub did not exist, the shower area was extremely slippery and our son slipped twice on the first day. The balcony opened directly onto a busy parking area with virtually no barrier...

“Very good hotel,rooms are a good size with decent balcony not overlooking the pool which makes it nice and quiet. The food was enjoyable and decent quality. Friendly and helpful staff especially reception and bar staff and rooms cleaned every day. Overall very good place for a relaxing holiday. ”
