Communication with owners was not so good, prior to visit was very good but upon arrival did not have code to door for 2 days and got key from maid. One key for 6 people! Day before check out owner community, but would have been helpful to have at arrival. (Needs new wine opener! And sparse supplies in kitchen)”

“The basics of this high rise apartment were fine. Security was great, you can catch ubers easily in a convenient neighborhood, the pool and gym areas were great. There were a few things that would be easily solved ahead of guests arriving that could make the stay much better. A good mopping of the floors (including the laundry area) would be helpful.
