“I booked around 6pm and when I got there they didn’t have a room. I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Got hot in the evenings in the room. Staff did what they could to get it fixed unfortunately we left for our next island before it did get fixed.”

“Room was amazing , I chose the private pool… and it was a nice size and lots of privacy ! Everyone was great , … my only frustration in paying for all inclusive yet wanting to also see the island was everything shuts down re food at 9:30 pm .. including room service etc …. Also filled first day some sodas and such in the fridge however no way to open them as it needed an opener , and key card in the slot so when you came back at end of day fridge was warm, room very warm and stuffy etc … ,...

Sauberkeit puhhh - die Gläser sind milchig und wenn man Pech hat noch Lippenstiftreste vorhanden. Die Putzfrauen machen das Bett und wischen den Boden, der Rest wird übersehen. ”
