“The check-in staff were very helpful. As we arrived early, Ikram made every effort to look after us and gave us a wonderful room overlooking the front, well before the 3pm check-in time. The outside lobby staff were also very good in getting us taxis promptly. If I go again, without any hesitation will book the same hotel.”

"Stay Away!! We could not sleep the whole night. The Cabaret on the 5th floor with super loud music runs from 11 PM until 3:40 AM and even being two floors away the music was too loud to sleep. at 4 AM started sleeping and then 4 fire alarms kept us away for the remaining of the night. The Hotel used to be top many years ago but now it is uncared, degraded and old. Metro also near and some noise but nothing compared with Cabaret and Fire Alarms. On arrival there was a school group so check-in line took us more than half an hour. Parking is below the building but very narrow and sometimes full. All in all horrible stay, believe me find another hotel, not this one, they do not deserve support, they have to change and consider that they are there for the guests not just to make one more dollar and not caring for the customers."
