“Después de hacer mi check in al entrar a mi habitación me di cuenta de que enfrente hay una obra en construcción, por lo cual era insoportable. Pedí a la recepción que me cambiara de habitación al otro costado de la propiedad donde el ruido era menor, pero me dijeron que si quería este cambia costaría 50 dólares extras, obviamente no lo acepté pero la actitud de la recepción fue inflexible para encontrar otra solución a este inconveniente ”

“Worse Westin in my life. Looks like a 30 year old hotel with 0 maintenance. Not worth the money they are asking. Rooms are completely outdated and lack of maintenance. I asked for a iron table and an iron (which 5* hotel don’t have one per room?) and took more than 45 min to arrive. I went there on a business trip from outside Korea, not staycation.”

“A beautiful property, clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The room looks exactly like the pictures. The only negative was that expedia describes that room amenities include a washer, but although there is one in the room, it cannot be used. Also there is a fee to access the gym/pool (which it states on the expedia app but not on the website expedia.ca) and that fee is steep at $30-40 per use, per person.”

“La habitación estaba muy bien pero encontré al tu nos pelos en la ropa de baño , luego una taza no estaba limpia pero por todo lo demás muy bien fueron algunos fallos que se pueden cometer pero mi experiencia ha sido muy buena ”

“The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Convenient location and very friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend!”

“The Solid residence is exactly that. You will not have room service during your stay, you have to manage everything yourself as if it's your own apartment. There are not front desk but an office on the fourth floor for support from friend staff. You are suppose to receive an email prior to your arrival that will tell you how to get to room selected apartment.”
