Welcome drink at reception- fresh & cold lime drink 2. Welcome drink fruit platter - nice white wine and fruit platter kept in two glass jars for freshness and flexible time to enjoy 3. Breakfast at own balcony - luxury varieties, rich portion, high quality and fresh. Room & Amenities: 5/5 1. Very spacious clean room 2. Bath area with nice take away Bvlgari amenities, and shower area with high quality Apivita 3. Bed - very comfy 4. Air-conditioning- easy and well control. As it’s a cave room, naturally comes with coolness Staff: 5/5 Very friendly, considerate and cheerful Experience: 5 /5 Well worth the money! For sure will stay at Charisma at my next visits."

"This hotel was perfect ! The room I booked was the city view. And man it was gorgeous. It looked cave like. When we opened our door it was access to the pool , felt like it was our personal one. The rooms are super clean , workers are extremely nice. Breakfast is great. 8am -11am which I think is very accommodating for sleepers lol. If you have a later flight they will hold your luggage for you and you can still roam around. This hotel is a 20 min walk to all the restaurants, clubs shopping areas , etc."

"We went to celebrate a special birthday and it was a great choice. Breathtaking views from the room and the property were amazing and although it is walkable to the touristic Oia- if you are able to walk a half mile uphill- it is not right in the midst of the chaos there. Thus makes it very relaxing to be on the hotel property with convenient and nearby exciting choices for shopping and dining."

"This is the most unique and beautiful property I've ever experienced. The rooms are literally carved into the mountain of Oia. Stunning views of the ocean and plenty of deck space with comfortable lounge chairs to bask in the sun. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was healthy and delicious."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite- (3 floors). Bedrooms up and down stairs. The main floor was our living quarters. My only recommendation would be a small mirror on the main floor. I found I was either having to make a trip up or down to take a final check before leaving. Otherwise we loved our location and view. Everyone ws so friendly and hospitable. Thank you for a wonderful memory of Santorini!!! "
