“Room was clean but garbage was not taken out and there was no soap in the dispensers. That said, they promptly brought supplies when we noted the issue.”

“Perfecto”

“Property was much more run down than in the photographs. My shower was broken, so I had to use it as a hand held sprayer, which was tricky as the shower stall is very tiny and narrow. The hair dryer didn’t work, etc. Breakfast is just pastries and bread with yoghurt or boiled eggs. There was a small basket with the same 5 tired looking oranges every morning. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is very good. The price a bit high for the quality of the hotel.”

“We booked a room with twin beds and disabled facilities and a balcony. They allocated us a room with a double bed and no patio. After some considerable discussion, they offered a second room (in addition to the original one) with a double bed and a couch {and a patio). The sleeping arrangements were acceptable, but the toilet and shower did not suit a disabled person. We used the beds in the second room and the bathroom in the first {at no extra cost). Separate point: they closed the bar (and...

“All good staff helpful and pleasent. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent massive choice fot breakfast and attention to detail was very good.”
