“The apartment is, in one word, great! It is located in Playa de las Americas, 1 minute from several nice restaurants, a 5-minute walk from the boulevard and it is within walking distance of "the strip".Despite this central location, there is hardly any noise pollution and that is really nice.The fantastic roof terrace has sun from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (we were there at the end of December) and there are sunbeds and good, large parasols. It is really lovely there!Parking was also no problem, there...

“The property didn’t look like the pictures. It felt very dirty and was in poor condition. There were only blinds for one window, so the inside of the entire apartment is completely visible from the outside. Lack of privacy. The stove and oven didn’twork and the washing machine didn’t wash your clothes properly at all. However, we stayed for a longer period of time, so if you’re looking for a short stay it wouldn’t be as bad because location is wonderful. Only steps away from the beach and...
