“A 5 star resort, pretty much everything you would expect. My only issue was sometimes they force you to spend. For example, we had extra food that we saved and refrigerated, but they wouldn't microwave it for us- We would need to order new food.”

En revanche, le service est pas loin d’être catastrophique, le personnel a un niveau d’anglais proche du néant, pour un 5 étoile et une chaîne internationale, c’est pas acceptable. même en appuyant sur le bouton demandant le ménage lorsque nous rentrons en fin de journée celui ci n’est parfois pas fait, ils ne changent pas le savon quand il est vide c’est à nous de réclamer, pour le service au restaurant...
