El personal es muy amable y la ubicación del hotel es buena, pedí hacer un check in temprano y me respondieron que no podrían asegurarlo sin embargo al llegar pude realizarlo antes, la parte de la limpieza de las habitaciones considero que es algo que se puede mejorar, durante mi tiempo ahí, la alfombra estuvo siempre sucia y no recogieron algunas cosas que eran para tirar de igual manera, la habitación era de buen tamaño solo que por la estructura del edificio en medio tenía un triángulo enorme en el que nos llegamos a pegar varias veces (hab 1501)de ahí en fuera todo bien
