“Lovely place but we visited at the coldest time of the year and the heating could have been much more powerful. An EV charger or two would have been very helpful here but I think perhaps I’m asking a bit too much here. ”

“The hotel was lovely, and Linda & Des were VERY welcoming and accommodating. They have a little “shop” where you can buy toiletries, wine, drinks, crisps, snacks etc which was very convenient. The breakfasts were AMAAAAZING - lots of options! The only down side was the water was not hot and the water pressure in the shower was low.”

“I particularly liked the location of the hotel which is near the pierhead the trains and the bus terminus There is a good restaurant and bar The armchairs in the lounge could go with replacing but if you like Victorian hotels you will like this”

“Lovely hotel with fab bar area and outside seating, room was snug but had everything we needed and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, only minor issue is that property is not wheelchair accessible, althought they are ramps getting into main entrance involves getting up quite a big step, otherwise very nice hotel ”
