Carpet dirty old, thin and poorly fitted. I didn't want to walk on it with bare feet. Balcony and balcony chairs dirty. Chairs were old plastic patio chairs and were dirty. “Very spacious and clean single room. Equipped with fridge and a fan which were both very welcome on the extremely warm conditions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing full refurbishment by dedicated owners. Extremely good value for money also.”

“Nice spacious room and well appointed. Stuart was very welcoming and outlined the facilities available. As well as in-room coffee & tea facilities there's fresh milk and sodas in a fridge in the lounge. There's an optional continental breakfast which is delivered to your door at a time of your choosing in the morning and can be enjoyed in-room, in the lounge or in the garden. Alternatively, if you prefer a cooked breakfast, there are a couple of nearby cafes recommended.”

“A very lovely, friendly and comfortable hotel. Staff were super friendly. Restaurant food was great. À la carte breakfast was also very good but there was no fruit offered which I was disappointed with. Times were also a little tight from breakfast, dinner, room cleaning and checkout but it was a small hotel so this is understandable. I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou.”

Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...
