“We didn’t receive check in information, we had to call the host. Host told us the unit #, code and told us the AC was leaking and there was a tub to catch the water that the maintenance man was coming to check it. Maintenance man never showed up. The toilet paper holder didn’t have the rod to hold the toilet paper. The host text and told us the towels were in the dryer (the drying was running upon arrival at 4pm) they weren’t dry at 9:30.
