“The view was great as well as the layout of the condo. AC worked perfectly and the bed was extremely comfortable. That being said I need to bring up the negative…it is in need of some minor repairs as well as a deep cleaning. I did reach out to the management company to make them aware of my concerns.”

“The thing I love most bout this property is the water pressure. It seems silly, but my hair is about 3 foot long so water pressure is a big deal to me with timeliness. It was amazing. The place is clean and just like the pics. The check in and talking with the host was such a breeze and they were always texting me back ASAP with all the answers to my questions. The AC works good, but in the master bedroom it's a little warm, so I put the provided box fan on the dresser and we slept great. Not...

“Place was right on the beach with lots of pools and hot tubs. Cute tiki bar too. Place was very clean with plenty of space.”

“The Condo was perfect!!! The only issue for the week was the elevator to the building was down!!! My wife is disabled, this was a big issue for her. It would have been good if this would have been communicated to us before driving 800 miles. Not the owners fault , there condo was perfect”

“Perfect for a family of 4! Had a blast, and was exactly what we were looking for!”

“The property was fine. The kitchen and furniture were dirty, the coffee maker leaked, there were not enough linens provided, the dryer did not work fully (after multiple cycles our clothes were still not dry), and the kitchen lacked some basics. The check-in process was unacceptable. We had to wait over a hour to get into our room. The resort was ok - the physical spaces were very lived in and the restaurant food was not great, but the staff were very kind and helpful when they could be. The...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Condo was clean, cozy and comfortable, we had a nice view from the side and appreciated the quiet balcony. The condo building was nice, the pool area was great and being right on the beach was awesome. We would def stay again if we come back.”

“Located near lots of shops.”

“The condo was wonderful. The beds were comfy and clean. My only complaint is that we had ants in the kitchen. I reached out for a resolution and they responded about helping but the help never came. We found some ant traps in the laundry room and put them out, but it didn’t help. However, the rest of it was great.”

“Great stay here, everything we needed for a nice beach getaway!”

“The place exceeded my expectation and my family enjoyed it the host was very hospitable will definitely be using the service again and also referring to family and friends”

“A we will hopefully be back next year!”

“Nicely renovated condo that included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy access to the pool & ocean. Awesome location walkable to Main Street to access bars, restaurants, shops & more. Any questions I had were quickly addressed by the Saltwater Grande Agents. We'll be back for another stay!”

“The unit was clean and well-appointed. We enjoyed the quality cookware and comfy furniture. The only complaint we had was that the lazy river had a lot of debris in it (an HOA issue which the rental company isn't responsible for). Other than that it was a very nice place to stay!”

“Perfect location, nice place. Clean and family oriented. Would definitely love to stay here again!”

“Overall great time had by all. Unit was clean and as described. We didn’t have tea towels and the trash bags didn’t fit the garbage can. The unit could use bigger towels and a pair of scissors. These are minor details. We would stay again.”

“House was clean, rooms was as expected. I would rent again.”

“Great condo, great location!”
