“The young girl who was on reception when I arrived on Thursday and on Friday morning was amazing. She was so helpful and went over and beyond what would be expected. She is a real credit to the hotel. Breakfast was great and the room was spotlessly clean. I wouldn't hesitate in staying here and will recommend this hotel to others.”

“A smart looking property situated in a quiet back street near Plymouth Hoe. Easily identifiable by the sign outside. Clean and tidy rooms with wonderful staff. I parked overnight in a nearby car park. Great place to stay.”

“This is an exceptional place to stay. The family is very friendly and welcoming, the breakfasts are delicious and excellent quality. The room is well appointed and quiet. We were really well looked after during our visit and we hope to return before too long.”

“Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes.”
