“My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. “Absolutely fabulous location on the island, love the ferry lights at night, pickleball court, Succulent Coffee next door is the BOMB, incredible party deck, spacious and comfortable and clean common space, well laid out bedrooms and bathroom, nicely appointed kitchen, easy private parking, great stay!!!”

“This property was exactly what we needed: charming, very clean, more than one barhroom, comfortable beds and furnishings. Very convenient to walk to the beach.we were surprised there was an apartnent above the garage, but it was not disturbing. We wiuld look forward to a return trip. MAHALOOh, just a side note, the indoor dining has elevated chairs which i had not noticed in the listing.”

They make the check in and check out so easy and simple, I love that! The house sits right on the beach in a more quieter area which I enjoyed. “Condo is centrally located in Newport Beach, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean and updated. Really appreciated the assigned parking and amenities. Only downside was no AC, while we knew that when we booked we thought it would be cool enough without… we were wrong. Fortunately, lots of fans were provided, but it just circulated warm air. Minor inconvenience but would might think twice when booking again if no AC. Overall great stay. ”
