“The worst part of all is that we rented the place for four people and there was only one bed, with no other furniture and not even enough space to put an air mattress on the floor. It is a very small space just for the bed and another tiny hallway-like area for the kitchen. The bathroom does not have a door, so there is no privacy. My recommendation is to look for another place nearby, because the area is very nice. But not this one. I was at least expecting a refund, which clearly is not going...

“Like another reviewer mentioned, this property is part of a motel - comparable to a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn. The unit smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke when we arrived. I opened the windows to try to air it out, but the smell lingered, even after using the air purifier in the closet. There were several dead roaches on the floor, as well as many live ones. The longer we were there, the more we saw, both dead and alive. It got so bad we cancelled our reservation after about an hour and...

“While the original property was unfortunately a late scratch due to a plumbing issue, got another property at the same location that same morning as we arrived. Communication was excellent, the room was good, and the location for being in the midst of Palm Beach was perfect. Grocery store across the street, lots of great restaurants. Just keep in mind that Palm Beach is an expensive place if you go, but the room and management was everything I expected. No disappointments!”
