“The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. “It’s a resort in a great location. Close to Brighton ski resort, so you can ski two places in a few days. There’s a shuttle that will pick you up from the resort. Everything is conveniently located. The rental was big enough for a couple, and two teenagers or four young kids. It’s a quick ride up the canyon and really close to the airport.”
