Other Things to Note

Lower Grove is a private basement suite with its own separate entrance. The upper level of the home may be occupied during your stay, but there are no shared interior spaces.

Traveling with a larger group? Ask about Upper Grove or Grove Collective, which combines both levels of the property for additional bedrooms, living space, and accommodations.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
