El check in fue muy rápido sin ningún problema, el personal muy amable, la limpieza muy buena; solo que el segundo día no hicieron la limpieza y en recepción nos dijeron que teníamos que haber dejado instrucciones antes de salir en la recepción . (regularmente no es así 😏

I have stayed here many times. It is clean and has good parking. I do object to a $35 "early check-in" charge. I often arrive before 4:00 PM and they want me to pay the early check-in fee, even if they have rooms available at that time. I sit in the lobby until 4:00 instead of going to my room, which was available when I arrived..

Location was close to restaurants and in a safe area. Rooms were updated and finishes were very nice. The noise from other guests was terrible however. The sound transferred through the door adjoining our room to the one next door and it sounded as if those guests were right in our room. We could hear everything they were saying and it was very distracting and unpleasant.

I stayed there for 3 nights for work, They did not clean my room once , my garbage was overflowing, no clean towel, tried calling front desk the phone would not work, when I checked in bathroom was dirty. I was unsatisfied would love a refund since my experience was terrible.
