“Booked King Spa suite. Room was okay, nothing flash. But mattress was rock hard. Sore hip the next day! Basic older style motel with usual amenities. Quite clean.”

“I had to wait for my room to be ready for an hour, fridge was broken it barely got cold, front door loose, I paid for 2 people stay, bed was made bunk bed wasn't, night staff very rude, I was on the phone at 11PM making a call on the main area and the guy at reception ask me to go outside to make the call because people were "sleeping" like I was taking outside people rooms. The worst "hotel" (if you can call it that) I have ever stay in my life, also I paid $220 a night! Stayed 2 night,1 star...

“Room was VERY dated, vanity unit was all cracked, towel rail fell off, carpet at bathroom entry was rotting and separated. Very noisy all night. Had dinner at the bistro and it was good and the staff were very helpful. No lift available for people with mobility issues. Air conditioner did not get cool at all. ”

“Parking and check in were ok. The room i got, was on the road side of the building. It was lit up all night by an orange light from outside the room. There was also a lot of traffic including trucks passing by overnight. I probably managed to sleep 1 or 2 hours.... :-(”

“Booked a room that stated it had 2 Queen beds however it only had 2 double beds. I checked with the man in reception who was not very friendly and probably in the wrong job and was told that was the right room. Beds were 138cm wide so definitely just standard double beds. Our room was up some rickety old stairs that I wasn't sure were going to be there in the morning. The whole place is in desperate need of a makeover as everything is just old and rundown. “Close to the shops and bus/tram stations. The unit needed a good clean and make over. Microwave was dirty and covered with splattered food. Coffee cups were dirty with coffee rings on the inside, cutlery was dirty, we had to wash everything before we used it. Bathroom top bench was dirty, paint all chipping off, shower over bath sprayed water all over the floor. TV didn't work, emailed management about this and anoher issue and did not get a reply.
