Enjoy sunny days with your family in the outdoor pool, heated to 27°C and elevated, measuring 6m by 3m, with a depth of 1.40m throughout.

⚠️ Access to the pool is secured by a protective cover that complies with NF P90-308 standards. Use of the pool is at your sole risk.

For your lunches and dinners in the sun, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a gas griddle, a large work surface, and plenty of storage space is at your disposal.

A large table for 6 people and a magnificent garden furniture set with a sofa, armchairs, 2 deckchairs, and a coffee table will allow you to enjoy long summer evenings.

Finally, a pétanque court with boules is available alongside the house.

You will find a supermarket and shops within a 5-minute walk. A crêperie and a pizzeria are within a 10-minute walk.
The town center of Ploemeur is just a few minutes away by car.

Less than 10 minutes' walk away, recharge your batteries on the green paths around the Ter pond or in the Youri Gagarine Park. For children, you will also find the Ter playground.

A 7-minute drive will take you to the Lorient base with the Eric Tabarly Sailing Center, the Moussaillons Center, and the submarinein Le Flore, the giant zip line, and many other events.

The large Toulhars beach in Larmor-Plage is a 10-minute drive away, with its restaurants and seaside resort atmosphere. Many other magnificent beaches are less than 20 minutes away.

In August, enjoy the famous and unmissable Lorient Interceltic Festival with its concerts, parades, shows, and entertainment in a festive and sunny atmosphere.

- Hiking: Numerous hikes begin directly near the accommodation or are just a few minutes' drive away, offering diverse landscapes and environments: the Étang du Ter, the winding path along the Laïta, the wild coastal path (GR34) from Guidel to Larmor Plage, walks in the Clohars-Carnoët forest, excursions around the Étang du Ter, etc.
