The modern holiday villa was built of wood in 2004, is wonderfully spacious and at 200 m² very large for Finistère. It has two sun terraces on the ground floor with 40m² and on the first floor with approx. 18m². The five bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 10 holiday guests. The house is in close proximity (250m) to the bay of Kernic and the beautiful sandy beach of Porz Meur. A personal wellness and SPA area is available to you and your children - a large private indoor pool (min. 28°C) a beautiful 5-person jacuzzi - the wellness area has its own toilet and shower and is attached directly to the house. It is a permanent hall extension, both the hall and the pool are heated all year round. Brand new - a large 4-5 person jacuzzi was installed - a great addition to this beautiful house - this SPA area is also covered and heated all year round. You now have four bathrooms and shower facilities in the house! And the part of the garden in front of the swimming pool is completely closed that the four-legged friends cannot escape. NEW!! Since 2022 there has been a fourth shower in front of the POOL in the SPA area, and there is also an additional toilet.
