Ideally located in Vougot, 5 kms from Plouguerneau, between the Abers and the Legends Coast, this charming master house is exceptional: By its charm, its decoration, its location, and by the calm that surrounds it (You will only hear the seagulls!).



You will be seduced by its unobstructed panoramic view of the Vougot bay and the open sea.

The magnificent white sandy beach of Vougot is accessible in less than 5 minutes on foot via a small path (300 metres)!



You will be in the front row to admire the very diverse Breton landscape depending on the weather and tides....



The change of scenery is guaranteed!



You will alternate between rest and water activities, beach, cycling, walks, games and discovery of the rich religious and cultural heritage.



This spacious and bright house can accommodate up to 5 people and has all the necessary comfort to guarantee you a pleasant stay.

The house is composed as follows:



On the ground floor:

- 1 fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area (sea view)

- 1 dining room (sea view)

- The living area, very welcoming, allows you to comfortably settle in for a moment of relaxation in front of the television. You will stay connected thanks to the included WIFI.



On the 1st floor:

- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160*200 (sea view)

- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160*200 (garden view)

- 1 Bedroom with a single bed (sea view)

- A bathroom with shower and its washbasin facing the sea!



In the Basement:

- 1 laundry room adjacent to the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer

- 1 toilet





Household linen (bed sheets, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels) is PROVIDED AND INCLUDED in the cleaning fee.

One large bath towel is provided per person per stay. As our accommodations are equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, you also have the option of washing your towels during your stay. For added comfort, additional towels can be provided upon request at a rate of €8 per towel. Please let us know before your arrival so that we can prepare the additional towels for you. 😊

The beds will be made upon your arrival.



The fenced and tree-lined garden extends over an area of 1000 m², thus offering an ideal setting to enjoy sunny moments and organize delicious barbecues in the company of your loved ones. It is the perfect place for family holidays or for reunions with friends.
