    Our Finistère is characterised by its beautiful, unspoilt nature and is not at all overcrowded, unlike other tourist areas of Brittany. So why not stay in the peace and quiet of Finistère and organise a few outings if you feel like it. If you ever find the "hustle and bustle" of the destination too stressful, you are in wonderfully quiet hands with us. Brittany has so many interesting things to offer; a little leafing through the travel guide and you will find some very nice excursion destinations even in the immediate vicinity, for example the picturesque, "British" Roscoff, the beautiful Crozon peninsula, or then further south the Pt. du Raz, or Concarneau (famous for the detective stories of Inspector Dupin) or even the artist-hosting Pont Aven....and so on......you will love Brittany at the latest then, if you don't already do so !!!

    The holiday villa Tro Naod is really something special - quietly situated in a cul-de-sac and built in a wonderfully Breton rustic style from granite and covered with thick slate slabs - this is how you imagine a Breton manor house. Although you can't see the sea directly from the house, the path and the distance to the fine sandy beach are only a minute's walk away - so the house is located directly on a beautiful fine sandy beach. Even the name suggests this; "Tro Naod" means "the no tour to the beach" in Breton.

    The house is therefore wonderfully situated and - you have a great garden at your disposal, which is fenced in, with a great old stock of palm trees - and if you don't want to lie on the beach and the sea straight away; why not enjoy your great garden with its terraces - facing south, of course! The property is closed off by a gate and there is ample parking space, even a carport. The house is spacious and offers 5 separate rooms with 5 double beds. As all beds do not exceed 140x200 - we recommend no more than 8 guests (the beds - are all made up on arrival). One bedroom even has an en suite bathroom (with small shower cubicle) and is like a small studio in the new build area of the house - with separate terrace access and small separate living area and is wonderfully light flooded - this is of course ideal as a master bedroom and top for guests with dogs - everything is at ground level and you have direct access to the garden - the huge phoenix palm trees give this area shade in high summer. The 4 remaining bedrooms are on the first floor - one has a washbasin en suite - and all 4 rooms share the bathroom with bathtub, which is also intended for showering (glass on the shower side) A separate WC is also on this floor. A small speciality is the beach shower - you can reach it directly from the back when you come home from the beach - so it is on the ground floor. So there are 3 different WCs and 3 different showers available in the house.

    As described, the Tro Naod holiday home is something special - it really is a great house and typical of this region - built in granite, it is really imposing and rustic! When the house was built in the 1970s, the interior was furnished to a very high standard for the time; the furnishings are still tip-top (and well-maintained) and unchanged today! So you will be moving into a house that will welcome you with the charm of the 70s! We know many guests who appreciate this warm charm - and this is exactly the reason why we have included this great house in our portfolio. We wish you a wonderful holiday at Villa Tro Naod!

    The real extra of this house is the incredible proximity to the finest sandy beach, and the great quiet location in the cul-de-sac - you really have your peace and quiet on holiday. What's really great is that one of the best restaurants in the Brignogan Plages region (La Corniche) is within walking distance; you can simply leave the car at home for an aperitif, lunch or dinner. For me, the garden is really more than impressive, the most beautiful for me: the enormous phoenix palm tree in the garden; - it's always nice to be in grown gardens. The house is perfect for families because of its proximity to the sandy beach; because of the beautiful garden, you can also enjoy it with your dog. What you mustn't forget is how beautifully the house was built - it always makes my heart beat faster when I see such really large granite houses and then with the now rare thick slate roofs.

    We have been working as an agency in our marvellous Finistère for a long time now, the surroundings are picturesque and you are spoiled by nature - you will be surprised how much space you will find everywhere, even in the high season our North Finistère is never overcrowded. This is "THE" advantage for guests who really want to relax and "come down". And all this in and with our marvellous nature (we often say ourselves - the world is still in order here - the air is clean, the water is clear and the Bretons are incredibly warm, friendly people). Villa Tro-Naod is located in the well-known Brignogan Plage, directly on the marvellous sea, the "sentier cotier" right next to the house invites you for a walk and the sandy beach is a stone's throw away from the house. If you like, you can take a leisurely walk to one of our favourite restaurants, "La Corniche" on the picturesque bay of Brignogan Plage - just 500 m away!
