James and Marie gave us the warmest of welcomes and nothing was too much trouble for them to make our brief stay comfortable. The rooms are cozy and spotlessly clean and the breakfast is exceptional for range of choice and quality. The location is great, a minute's walk from Plymouth Hoe front and the sea. . Highly recommended.

Marie was such a lovely host, fabulous accommodation and breakfast was of the highest standard with a variety of choices. Would stay here again and recommend.

Very homely feel making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Hospitality was first class and especially like little touches like fresh milk for in room hot drinks. Would recommend and hopefully will have a return visit in the future!

Lovely guest house just a few minutes drive from plymouth international port with easy parking (pay at machine or Ringo app) and just s short walk to the sea front with all its shops bars and pubs. My room was a single and was spotlessly clean with fresh towels in the ensuite shower room along with toiletries etc, the room itself had a comfortable single bed a good sized tv, kettle, hairdryer and tea and coffee. Breakfast was top notch and a good choice is offered with fresh orange tea and coffee as a choice with full english, cereal or continental food. Lovely friendly hosts who where more than willing to go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. I will definitly be using again if staying in plymouth and can highly recommend this guest house.

Owners are always so friendly and accomodating, in error I booked a stay for 1 person not 2, the hosts sorted this out without fuss.

A good find for future stays
Good traditional B&B, handily 10 minutes walk from Plymouth Pavilions. Good cooked breakfast. Was able to park on street directly outside (on a Saturday night) with the permit only costing £7.20 (as at December 2023). Will book again.

I received a fantastic warm welcome from the owners James and Marie They exceeded all my expectations the place was warm cosy clean and the atmosphere so friendly nothing was too much bother There were so many areas where the attention to detail was outstanding What my final comment is the breakfasts were healthy with plenty of choices and perfect poached eggs And James and Marie are lovely warm hosts and amazing individuals I am definitely going back as this is a gem!!! Both Marie and James were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and just what I needed for my stay. Breakfast is served by Marie and cooked by James which was wonderful.

Lovely stay, the property is super clean and everything works in the room. Perfect location. The breakfast is delicious! I cant say enough great thinks about this place and Marie and James. Definitely the best place to stay in Plymouth

Freindly immaculate b&b in a great location.
Room was immaculate including bathroom area Owners could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best breakfast we’ve had in a B&B absolutely wonderful For us personally any small issue we had was the bed was very hard which we didn’t find comfortable, but we appreciate it’s very difficult to get a mattress to suit everybody It was a shame for us as we didn’t have a very good night sleep because of the mattress. Overall the value it was very very good value, and if you don’t mind a firmer bed, we would not hesitate to recommend it.

A friendly and welcoming guest house in a perfect position on The Hoe. Breakfast was both plentiful and tasty with lots of options. The room was clean comfortable and compact. Thank you James and Marie for making our short stay enjoyable.

Good value for money
Comfy and good value for money. We were towards the top of the house which was quite warm, however we were provided a fan each on the bedside table to assist us keeping cool. It would have been great to have had a sheet instead on the quilt over us. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, with everything served at the table. If you are veggie or vegan do let the hosts know in advance.

Die Dame des Hauses wollte mir (männlich) sogar mein Gepäck auf das Zimmer tragen - was ich selbstverständlich selber tat. Bereits bei der Ankunft gab es einen sehr guten Tip zum Parken des Autos, nur etwa 100m um die Ecke konnte man das Auto für kleines Geld sicher und überdacht parken. Das saubere Zimmer und gute Bett spricht für die Leidenschaft des Personals, und auch die Dusche war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war phänomenal, es wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt und es traf meinen deutschen Geschmack! Ein bisschen habe ich bedauert nur eine Übernachtung gebucht zu haben, alles in allem hatte der Aufenthalt hier viel englisches Flair - welches ich bei meiner Rundreise doch gesucht hatte! Vielen Dank für die schöne, wenn auch kurze Zeit bei Ihnen!
