The host ensured that I was well prepared and made my stay as welcoming and stress free as possible. It is well decorated and very functional accommodation with the en-suite bathrooms surprisingly spacious with excellent shower facilities.

Lovely modern clean property, handy kitchenette, good showers, gated parking, quiet location. Good access for coast path (via the Stairway to Devon) and of course Royal William Yard and Mount Edgcumbe, sea swimming for the unhinged.Friendly and helpful host.

We had a wonderful stay at The Mount. We arrived late after a long drive down from Scotland but Joanna was there to greet us and was a very friendly, welcoming host. We were made to feel right at home straight away. The property and location was perfect for us as a family of 3, with secure parking and easy access to Royal William yard. We look forward to visiting again.

Really tidy and clean accomodation. Beds were nice and comfy with lovely walk in showers. Very modern, fresh feel throughout. Joanna was a brilliant host and her communication before and during our stay was excellent! She offered some really helpful advice on activities to do in the local area :)We all really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning at a later date :)

What a lovely place to stay, perfectly located to be able to explore Devil's Point and Royal William Yard. The property was clean, tidy and had everything you needed. We also got to meet the hosts who were lovely and let us use their paddleboards

We had a fantastic stay as a family! From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel truly welcome. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The check-in was easy, and they provided us with great local tips that really enhanced our visit.The home was perfect for our family – spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Joanna was incredibly helpful before and throughout our stay, suggesting places to visit and how best to get there. She made sure she was there to meet us when we arrived, and even left a birthday card and gift for me which was so thoughtful. I would highly recommend staying here, the location is spot on and the accommodation is lovely.

Absolutely Perfect

We was very impressed with our stay, the property was perfect for us as a family of 4. Lovely spacious bedrooms with very comfy beds& 2 bathrooms. The place was spotless & had everything we needed. Very peaceful with parking& the host was very helpful. kids loved the table tennis. Location was amazing with private access to the royal William yard. Stunning rocky beach a few minutes walk away. We will definitely recommend to others & be back again one day

A very pleasant day

The accommodation was absolutely lovely, but, it is very small, absolutely great as a base for visiting local area. There are two spacious bedrooms and a table with two dining chairs big enough to accommodate two people and a very small sofa. The only thing we missed was a separate room where we could sit down together. But, the accommodation was exactly as it was described. I would highly recommend this venue and the host. .

Wir hatten bei Joanna eine sehr schöne Zeit in ihrer modernen Ferienwohnung mit einem extra Badezimmer je Schlafzimmer. A beautiful home with all the creature comforts, very close to the beach front and harbour. Amazing views all round with exquisite cuisine located on the doorstep, super friendly area with easy access to the local town centre by car or by a short boat ride. The owner was amazing and very welcoming to our family, we had the best time in a long time away from home, their home felt like our home for the entire stay!

Excellent location, very clean and large two bed apartment ideal for family visiting Plymouth Royal Dockyard Area. Just simply walk out Apartment right into TheYard where you have easy access to ferry rides to the Barbican. firing exit drops you directly on Devils point where you can swim or simply whatch the world go by

Lovely rooms conveniently located for Royal William Yard, ferries to Mount Edgecombe, Cornwall, and the Barbican, buses to city, and a short walk to The Hoe. Close to swimming and paddle boarding beach and coastal walks, cycle paths.

Great stay in a lovely property

We had a lovely 4 nights in Joanna’s property. The place was warm, clean and spacious. Easy to fine and perfectly situated for enjoying the Royal William Yard, Hoe and Barbican. Joanna was easily contactable and very friendly and approachable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!
