“I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”

“The place is adequate. It has little to no furniture and the furniture that is there is cheap and barely holding together. Barely any towels and little to no kitchen supplies. It does easily sleep up to eight people which is a plus. It is also very easy to hear the neighbors upstairs and downstairs. There are some strange and suspicious stains on the couch and some cheap repairs all over the apartment that just make it look slightly poor. For the price, it’s a good place. But it’s lacking in...
