“I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”

“This place was perfect for a cozy game night in with my friends. The host was welcoming and very helpful with our questions and requests for assistance. We loved the hot tub with the view of the city skyline, and it fit all six of us which was a huge plus. There were enough beds, rooms, and bathrooms for our group - and on different floors, so it’s nice for privacy reasons but be ready to walk up and down lots of stairs. We ubered there so we wouldn’t have to worry about parking, and I’d suggest...
