“The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.”

“Everything was wonderful during our stay. The weather didn’t cooperate much which wasn’t a problem as the ping pong table downstairs became daily family tournaments into the late evening. I needed to cook for my niece‘s wedding and the kitchen was equipped with everything and plenty of space. The one day we had great weather the boys fished off the dock and rented a kayak. Thank you Marc, we had a great time.”

“This property was charming and looked like the description. There were only 2 of us but I could see how it would work for a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen opens up to the living room and is fully stocked. The outside property is spacious and the fire pit was an added bonus. It's right outside of Hamilton, NY which is a cute town and host to Colgate University. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling through Upstate. It has a relaxing vibe and is a comfortable place to chill.”

The road was narrow and crowded, and summer folk found their camps again. Friends found peace and quiet away from the city of Syracuse.
