On the ground floor, an open living room welcomes you with a double sofabed and an open-hearth fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm and includes a private shower and WC. A second bedroom on the ground floor offers 1 single bed alongside 1 double bed of 180 cm and is served by its own shower and WC. The fully equipped open kitchen is designed to a high standard and features a central counter with 2 sinks, a built-in double tap, and integrated wireless phone charging. It comes complete with an American refrigerator with ice maker, an oven, 3 dishwashers, 2 induction hobs, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, and a microwave. A massive teak mango dining table seating 10 people anchors the dining area. A technical room on this level houses a second refrigerator and a large sink.
