The heart of our home lies in the open-concept main living area, seamlessly blending the kitchen, living, dining, and family rooms into a spacious haven of togetherness. When entering the house, you will encounter a cozy living room with vaulted ceiling, windows overlooking the front yard and a real wood burning stove to stay warm during those frigid winter nights. Off the living room is our family room complete with ample couch seating and a modern large screen LED TV with Roku so you can stream from all of your favorite services. You can enjoy meals in our dining room or have fun cooking up family recipes in our fully stocked kitchen. The open plan style main living area, encompasses the kitchen, living, dining and family rooms in a large space for maximum accessibility.

Off of the kitchen is a heated porch game room complete with a convertible air hockey / pool table and a door that leads you to the backyard dining/grilling area and fire pit with string lights for extra coziness.

Our home comfortably accommodates guests in three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The first-floor bedroom features a queen-size bed and a serene view of the backyard. Ascend to the second floor to find the master bedroom, a spacious sanctuary with a king-size and a twin bed, along with ample closet space. The charming bunk room, also on the second floor, hosts a twin-over-full bunk bed, comfortably sleeping three guests. For those needing to attend to work commitments, a dedicated office space, complete with a desk and chair, overlooks the living room from the loft. A conveniently located bathroom, equipped with a full tub and shower, is situated on each floor.

The picturesque Arrowhead Lake community brims with engaging amenities to enhance your stay. Enjoy access to three pools (open in summer), two lakes with four swimming beaches, and a rental shack for canoe, kayak, and paddle board adventures. The community lodge offers a fitness center and a billiards room, ensuring entertainment and relaxation for all ages.

⚠ Mandatory Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (NOT INCLUDED in VRBO Booking Price) ⚠

Every guest group must pay the following fees at least 3+ days days before check-in. Failure to pay on time will result in an additional $100 late registration fee. No same day registrations are allowed.

- Admin Fee: $20 per stay (non-refundable).
- Temporary Membership: $8.50 per person/day Summer & $2.00 off-season (free for kids under 6).
- Gate Card: $20 per vehicle/stay.

Along with the fees, the following info is required to register you with the community:

- Primary renter's full name.
- Total number of guests (6 years old & up)
- Total number of guests (Under 6 years old)
- Each vehicle driver's full name, year, make, model, license plate state & number.

Temporary membership grants guests access to pools, lakes, beaches, sports courts and community lodge. However, some amenities may be seasonal or unavailable during your stay. Temporary membership fees apply regardless of amenity usage or availability.

Changes/cancellations:
- Changes to the number of guests or vehicles can be made 1+ days before check-in free of charge.
- Changes to the check-in or check-out dates can be made 1+ days before check-in for a $20 admin fee.
- Cancellations 3+ days before check-in: temporary membership & gate card fees will be refunded. $20 admin fee is non-refundable.
- Cancellations less than 3 days before check-in: no community fee refunds will be issued, regardless of reason.

We understand your concerns regarding these additional fees; we absolutely share your sentiments. Please note that these fees are imposed by the community, not by us as hosts. Our role is to collect and remit them on your behalf.
