The property is situated on a plot of approx. 1000 m² on a slope, which borders on cultivated fields with olive trees and vines. Families with pets should note that the property is not fully fenced. However, the nearest neighbours live a few hundred metres away, so that well-behaved dogs can roam freely. Your holiday home includes a large south-facing roof terrace with an area of approx. 30 m², which offers a charming view of the Montedivalli valley and the sea. The roof terrace is furnished with a dining table for up to six people, chairs, a large parasol and two sun loungers. There is also an outdoor car parking space right outside the front door.
As is customary in Italy, the detached building is made up of two separate parts, each with its own accommodation and terrace. The other half of the house is used privately by the landlady, but only rarely. Your holiday home has a separate entrance and offers a living space of approx. 100 m², divided over two fully heated floors. Please note that there is no air conditioning in the accommodation. On the ground floor there is a living room with satellite TV, a dining room with sofa bed (1.00 x 2.00 m) for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine for free use, a large bedroom and a shower room. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (1.60 m wide). A folding baby travel cot (0.60 x 1.20 m) and a high chair are provided free of charge if required. Please bring your own pillows, blankets and bed linen for the cot. The first floor has a second, larger bedroom with a French bed (1.40 m wide) and 1 walk-through study with table and sofa bed for one person and access to the upper south-east terrace. Each floor also has its own spacious terrace. A wooden staircase connects the two floors
The best shopping facilities can be found in Ceparana, approx. 6 km away, where there are a few large supermarkets. Your holiday resort of Montedivalli is located in the Ligurian-Tuscan border region and consists of many small settlements spread across the valley. There are small fields around the house and a chestnut forest begins behind the house. For nature lovers, herb collectors and dog owners, the accommodation offers an ideal starting point for walks and hikes in the green countryside. For example, a path winds its way up the mountains to a high-altitude hiking trail that leads to the French border. The surrounding medieval villages can also be easily reached on foot via small paths and fields. The clear Vara River is only a few kilometres away and invites you to swim in some places. The beaches of Liguria and Tuscany as well as the picturesque villages of the Cinque Terre are also within easy reach from here. The sea is only about 15 kilometres away.
