We can’t fault anything about the property. Situated in a quite street a few mins walk from a little shop (for essentials) and few mins further to the main road and regular buses into Split. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for the three of us. The kitchen was well equipped too. The pool area is well maintained with enough sun beds to not need a morning rush down to nab one. If I were to come back, I definitely choose to stay again

Wonderful property with a lovely pool area. The apartment was clean and modern and well maintained. Plenty of parking spaces at property if you want to rent a car. 5 minute walk to a well stocked shop, and 10 mins walk to the sea front which has plenty of bars and restaurants. Overall would recommend and I would visit again.

The property was clean and well presented. Everything worked well. A little bit of a downhill walk to the restaurants which were on the shore line and hence an uphill walk back.

We stayed for 9 nights in September and really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was very clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. It was well positioned in a quiet neighbourhood with a short walk to the beach and restaurants, and easy parking next to the property. We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool which was never crowded when we used it. A very pleasant stay, the only minor thing was that the tv in the bedroom didn't pick up any channels but the one in the living area was fine.

We had a top floor apartment with great sea view from the balconies. Very modern and clean. Only a ten minutes walk to a lovely beach and 5 minutes to the local grocery shop. Accessible to both the centre of Split and to Omis via bus. Good communication with the owner Ivica throughout our stay and happy to accommodate our needs. Would definitely recommend this place!

Apartment was really spacious and nice. Outside area and pool where clean. The only minus was that the floor in the apartment was really sticky and unclean. But we had a great stay and would definitely come here again!

Hsnkilökuntaa oli vain yksi ystävällinen rouva, joka luovutti avaimet. Sijainti oli rauhallinen ja huoneisto erittäin siisti. Saimme kaikki tarpeelliset tiedot (kuljetukset, kartat palveluista jne) netin kautta.

We liked about the size of the apartment, it was perfect for us. Apartment seemed to be steadied, but when we got on the floor barefoot, we noticed that we got dark dust on it. We would like to have an microwaveoven and more toaletpaper, but otherwise everything were fine.

Een goede en fijne accomodatie op een centraal gelegen plek. Zwembad is iedere dag onderhouden en je kunt gebruik maken van dagelijkse schone handdoeken bij het zwembad. Het grote nadeel is de gehorigheid. Je hoort de buren woord voor woord praten. Konden er 's avonds niet door slapen en maakte ons 's ochtends weer wakker. Wij hadden ook een beetje pech met de buren, een groep jongens, dit moet je ook een beetje treffen

Room wasn’t ready on arrival, over 2 hours after check in time. House keeping were apologetic, less so the owner on the phone. Couldn’t open and close bedroom door - hits the bed. Initial impression of cleanliness but stains on curtains, dust clouds under the sofa, stains on balcony floor. Lack of attention to detail eg: broken bottle opener, no battery in the clock. Pool view was nice. Was ok for the price paid.

The apartments are excellent, well maintained with everything you need for a great stay. The pool area is lovely to relax around too. Great communication from the host.

Great apartment - spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen (condiments, cooking oil etc). Bathroom great with large walk in shower, toilet roll provided). Large balcony overlooking pool with large dining table and chairs for lovely meal times. Lounge/kitchen/dining area good size and comfortable. Two bedrooms with queen beds. Sofa bed in lounge. Pool large enough for the children although not for length swimming (10 strokes of front crawl end to end). Building on a hill with a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket (Ribola) and beach and then a tiring climb back up the hill to get back. Having a car would have been better for us. Host was fantastic and even arranged taxis for us to get into Split (15 minutes) and to Kris Fortress (worth a visit). Would highly recommend apartment if you are a family with children (any age - ours are teenagers).

Lovely Apartments, Near the beach

Great apartment in a quiet area 5 mins walk from the beach which is stunning. Friendly staff on hand to greet you & we had the whole building to ourselves so the pool was empty & we could just relax in peace. Only a couple of things that I didn’t like was the WiFi which constantly dropped out so if you wanted to watch Netflix at night you’d better brush up on your Croatian & the building site works that where going on throughout the day during our stay but that’s not the owners fault.

Great apartment

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great pool and pool-area, spacious and clean apartment with good air condition. There was only a five minute walk to the bus-stop that takes you to Split in 25-30 minutes, seven minutes to the grocery store and a good lokal bakery with the beach a couple minutes further down. Good location in a quiet area, with value for money. We really enjoyed our stay!

I stayed for a week with my sister and two children (11 & 8). The owner answered pre-arrival queries promptly and helpfully and the apartment manager Antonia appeared to greet us as soon as we arrived. She could not have been more helpful and friendly during our stay. She helped us with questions about places to go and went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable holiday. The apartments are furnished stylishly, air conditioned and super clean and comfortable. The pool is really lovely too and there are always sunbeds available and freshly laundered towels each day for pool use. We self-catered a fair bit and the kitchen was well equipped. It’s a short walk to the beach which is warm and clear (pebble beach) and a number of restaurants that we used. We liked Amigos which is a short walk along the beach. There’s a handy bakery and supermarket close by too. The bus to Split stops close by and runs every 30 mins and costs less than £2 each way. We had a great week here and would highly recommend this accommodation.
