"The room I got was not like any of the pictures it had like a wood roof super dusty, all night was falling some kind of dust from the room, I even got allergy. It was also super noisy as had some kind of door to the next room at the bottom, and all noise was passing trough. I asked for a change next morning after passing a quite bad night, but they told me I have to wait there in this moment for a room change, I asked them to do the change at night when I were back as I couldn’t wait in the morning because had some activities scheduled, then they said they can’t change the room. I think they need to understand that I can’t cancel my plans because they are giving bad rooms. "

"This was my best hotel on my trip to Europe. Amazing staffs. The hotel is beautiful and the amenities was super amazing. We have an amazing room with terraza, and the front desk was excellent, that's always my first impression to any hotel, once you walk in and the front desk is polite, you know your stay is going to be amazing. Very recommended, the price is high, but really worth it. Good location too! "
