This was our third year staying here. This property is a classic NJ beach house. It's size is just right for a couple and we love the place. It's location is awesome and convenient to the beach. It's close enough to restaurants and shops too. The owner is responsive and helps if there's a question. The outside shower is amazing!

This was our 2nd time staying here. It is a lovely location right next to the most peaceful beach spot in lbi. Best sunsets and big space for wiffle ball and shell searching. The owner is wonderful and very responsive and kind. The property is clean and also very peaceful. We love staying here!

Charming apartment, just as advertised. Great quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive & helpful. Perfect for 2 adults was tight for 4. Bonus of a washer & dryer, along with bikes and all needs for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The outdoor shower is fantastic!

Peaceful/Delightful Stay

Property is exactly as described. Very clean. Rental agreement information and instructions are clear.Correspondence with Host is helpful and friendly. Any questions were answered in a timely manner. Very close walk to the beach. Great deli nearby (walking distance) for breakfast, lunch, drinks, snacks etc. Would highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful stay, beautiful location

My family and i had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect and relaxing. I love the beachy feel of the house. My son loved the rustic beach entrance. It was so natural and beautiful. Best sunsets on lbi. The host was lovely and available. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Get Away

This is our second year staying in the Coach Home and are already planning for next year. It is so comfortable and cozy for us as a couple! We love it! The location is absolutely fabulous! Having access to bikes is an additional bonus and we rode all over the place. (The bikes are on the older side and need a little TLC so bring some WD-40 and bike tools.) Communication between the owner is fast and she is extremely helpful. Our stay was just amazing and we hated leaving!

House was clean and comfortable. Outside shower was spacious and easier to use than the indoor shower which is very small. Nice rental for 2 people and pet.

Best and most relaxing LBI getaway!

It is my 2nd summer staying at Lisa’s cozy LBI cottage. I loved every minute of my stay per usual. Close proximity to the beach, quite end street location, cottage with every essential you need for a week vacation down the shore! So easy to communicate with the host, smooth check in, everything in the house was working perfectly. I and my husband along with our yorkies had a perfect summer getaway. We cannot wait to come back next year already. Highly highly recommended!!!!!

Quaint beach cottage

What a lovely stay we had in Holgate! Our beach cottage was everything I hoped it would be and more. Lisa was very accessible if i had questions and could not have been nicer! The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes. LBI has always held a special place in my heart. Thank you again, Lisa!

Perfect beach cottage

Rented both homes so our family could stay together. Everything was perfect! This property is very cared for and well maintained. You’ll find many nice details and the decor is adorable, very beachy. I wish I was still there! Everything you need is there…a grill, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes! Great home in a great location.

Birthday Week at the Beach

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our needs. It was extremely clean! It was well stocked with cookware although we didn’t need it on this trip. Lisa was helpful when questions came up about the coffee maker and we left earbuds and she contacted us so we could turn around and get them. This property is located close to the beach. There were bikes for us to use. These came in very handy! We were sad to leave.

Great location

This is the second year I stayed at this property with my adult daughter. We love the location, very peaceful and quiet street, with a great deck that faces the East. The property owner is always kind and friendly and helpful! The home has sheets and towels and cleaning supplies even though we bring our own it’s nice to know they are there if we need them! Whoever goes there I’m sure you will enjoy your stay like we did!

Peaceful Beach Cottage in LBI

We had a wonderful stay at this property….so many items were included (towels, sheets, beach chairs, bikes) that we just had to bring ourselves! Amazing location on the last street on Long Beach Island…didn’t even have to cross the road to get to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed having cocktails out on the deck after a refreshing outdoor shower. The space itself is charming, clean, and relaxing. Everything we needed was there!

We loved the location! Home is located at the southern end of the island. Nice, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Rental is located on second floor with spacious deck facing the ocean. Washer and dryer were available. Spacious outside shower! We also loved that no renters will be downstairs.

Amazing little place!

My husband and I had a great week with our two-year-old son. We particularly liked having a deck with an awning. It made eating meals outside super easy. 10/10 recommend!
