¿Busca una escapada frente al mar que sea asequible para una pareja o una familia pequeña? Este hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño que admite mascotas se encuentra frente al mar y cuenta con impresionantes vistas al mar desde la terraza de la azotea. Este condominio frente al mar tiene capacidad para 6 personas con 1 habitación queen, 1 habitación con una cama litera individual con cama nido con cama nido más un sofá cama de tamaño completo en la sala de estar. Magníficas y relajantes vistas desde la terraza privada de la azotea. Las comodidades incluyen 3 televisores inteligentes, una parrilla de gas, Wi-Fi, A / C, cocina bien equipada con encimeras de granito, baño actualizado, 4 insignias de playa, ducha exterior privada (no compartida con otras unidades) y 2 espacios de estacionamiento. ¡Un vecindario tranquilo que está al sur del tráfico pesado pero a solo 3 minutos en automóvil (o 5 minutos en bicicleta) de toda la diversión de Beach Haven! Este condominio adjunto se encuentra en un edificio frente al mar con solo 4 unidades, todas en 1 piso. Nuestra unidad está directamente frente a la playa y el acceso a la playa está en el costado del edificio (ver fotos). Hay 2 unidades frente a la playa (la nuestra es una) y 2 unidades frente a la calle. La ubicación está a 2 cuadras al sur de la frontera de Beach Haven (que está en Grosser St). Cada unidad tiene escaleras de entrada separadas a su propia "cubierta del piso principal" personal y la puerta de cada unidad se ingresa desde esa cubierta privada. Hay una escalera de caracol a la cubierta del techo y la escalera es compartida por las dos unidades frontales, pero una vez que llega a la cubierta del techo hay un divisor entre los 2 lados de la cubierta del techo para que tenga su propio espacio en la cubierta del techo. . Amazing!

This place is amazing. It was clean and well maintained. Most importantly, it is right on the beach and has a roof top deck that has the most amazing view.If you need a small space that gives all the benefits of being right on the beach, this is the spot.I will definitely book again!

Late September Stay

Place was small but nice for two people. Picture of the property from the front is a little misleading. It looks like you have a view of the ocean when in fact the front is behind bushes on the dune. Can’t see the ocean unless you go on the roof.

Great location right on the beach!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and the location can't be beat! It's in a quiet part of LBI and is right on the water - you just need to walk to the upper balcony to see the ocean and to access the beach is just right around the building. It's decorated so cute - high end finishes all around. Skylights in the kitchen and bathroom make it super bright and sunny - but you can also close shades if it's too much. The air conditioner units are excellent at keeping the place cool. It's stocked with lots of kitchen stuff and there is a grill (we didn't use much of that). Parking is very easy and it's reserved for each unit (there are 4 of them in the building). We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation on the water.

Great condo with great views

This was the perfect long weekend getaway! The condo was clean and updated. The view from the roof was breathtaking. The beach access was right next door! Even the dogs enjoyed it. We will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I stayed with our dog at the lovely little gem! It was a perfect three night stay in early Nov. The location was amazing. Whitney was so kind and communication was prompt, courteous and thoughtful. Entry and departing was seamless and tge condo itself was just perfect. There were so many little modern touches. The place itself had all comfy furniture and bedding. The lower and upper porch/ deck was amazing. The sunrises and sun sets were spectacular. Thank you Whitney. We will never forget our lime in Holgate. It was absolutely perfect!

Needed Getaway

Our stay was phenomenal; extremely needed. The property Whitney guided me to was superb the lower deck, and then the upper deck was a gift from God. The sun rises in the sunsets no words can describe. The apartment was extremely modern, with everything a person could need. Creature comforts it was a five star across-the-boards.

Great LBI location

This LBI property is in the perfect location on the beach in Holgate, a quiet residential part of the island, yet a short car ride away from shopping, restaurants and attractions. We loved having coffee on the roof top deck, watching the sunrise over the ocean. Public beach access is just steps away. The property itself is decorated beautifully and has everything in it that you need for a beach getaway. We had a great time! Would love to return!

Perfect Location

Well equipped Condo steps from the beach! This was a weekend getaway for my daughter and I. The location couldn’t be better. Very quiet area and only blocks from shopping, amusement park and restaurants! Beautiful view of the ocean from the rooftop deck and steps from the beach. We love the fact that we were able to bring my daughter’s Corgi! We will definitely be back!

Rainy weekend

It was a stormy weekend unfortunately at the beach, but we were very cozy in this unit. Very nicely appointed with comfortable beds. The weather prevented us from enjoying roof deck but it looks like it would be great. Only complaint was door would not open easily with code which was a problem in pouring rAin. Also Netflix was difficult to access. Kept having to turn TV off and try again. May have been weather.

Our favorite getaway spot

We’ve been staying at this cozy condo quite a few years now. We were married on the island years ago, it’s had our hearts ever since! We love off season so we usually visit early April & October. It’s the perfect location, perfect amount of space for us & our dogs love it too! And even in the off season there’s lots to do on the island! Whitney is wonderful & always helpful! Looking forward to getting back there in the fall!

Perfection on the beach

The condo was just what we wanted. Clean, of course, and highly efficient. All of the necessities were there and the utilities were very modern. The beach access was literally steps away and the beach at this location is quite wide as opposed to the narrow beaches further up the Island. Many stores were closed but we still had great dining options nearby. A perfect getaway.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful stay - me, my husband and our dog. The decks were perfect for getting us out into the beach air any time of day and despite some cloudy, damp days. Made the spot unbeatable! The unit was so comfortable, and well kept and as promised. The location was excellent, as were the parking, outdoor shower, storage spots. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the construction on the new house next door spewed white snow-like debris and dust all over the porch and deck, and their dumpster and vans really limited visibility for backing out of the parking area, but nothing this property could be faulted for or could have done about that! Would definitely stay again!
