“This condo is really is close to the ocean. Swimming pool just feet from the condo patio surrounded by a lawn with lounge chairs and BBQs for your use, then a sea wall. You can hear the waves breaking, but can't see them unless you stand on the sea wall. There is no sand beach close by, but if you walk to the end of the street, Haycraft park is there with nice sand beaches. If you sit on the patio the air conditioner is all you will hear when it is running. The condo is older and not well...

“Great location near Paia shops and short walk to Mama's Fish House, & beach. Enjoyed our stay at Kuau Plaza. The condo was just as described and pictured. Nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom...all looked brand new! Although right next to the road, we barely heard the traffic. We would stay here again.”

“Rating: 9/10 The condominium was very clean, modern appliances, well stocked and a great location. Very good budget value. Nice pool. Parking lot was a little sketchy looking. The place is close to downtown and the Hilo airport. Almost next door is Wailuku River State Park and close to Lili’oukalani Gardens - they make for scenic runs or hikes. Vivian was very quick to respond.”

“Check-in was smooth as well as check-out. List of easy instructions to follow, nice little gift, and quick responses from staff members about any issue. My family and I ran into a little issue at night, and they were quick to respond and send someone as soon as they could to resolve the problem. I would hands down book this spot again when I go back.”
