“Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, schon bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht sauber und die Betten nicht bezogen. Das ging so weiter 10 Tage lang wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und nur sporadisch wurden Handtücher gewechselt. Zum Frühstück gab es kein Frühstücksbuffet wie gebucht sondern 10 x identisch das Gleiche. Die ersten Tage war zudem das Wasser nur lauwarm. Das Hotel kann nicht empfohlen werden.”

“Advertising states aircon available in the room’. Yes it is available but not able to be used unless you pay extra. When it becomes intolerable there is no one to get the control from. Satellite tv again have to pay extra for the remote. Let’s see if we get the same stock answer as other comments.”

“The room was clean and they have refurbished. The AC however has not been update. We had to call maintenance out as the room was not cooling. They came and adjusted but still not cold. Was advised that the hotel set the temperature and cannot be taken cooler. Lovely choice of breakfast and everything fresh. Overall outdoor spaces were clean. Adult pool is not a thing. Full of children and staff not doing anything. So not a peaceful setting at all. We checked out a night early and went to stay...

“Lovely hotel with friendly staff. In check in we were met with friendly staff who explained the amenities of the hotel and gave us a welcome drink. I rate this hotel at the top end for making me and my daughter have a lovely stay. Would recommend to friends and family.”
