We really had an absolutely wonderful time. Maria was very friendly and helpful. Perfect!

Property is well maintained and peaceful. Close to the beach but set away from the small town so u feel away from things. The views are amazing. Maria was very friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. We would happily go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the Villa is perfect and the views are wonderful. The Villa is spacious and the layout works very well. The Villa had everything we needed and the hosts were readily available if/when we needed anything. Lovely welcome package too. The pool was cleaned regularly and the mid-stay clean was appreciated.

It was our first time to Cyprus and all of us loved the location of Latsi, and Villa Illiada was perfect for us. It is a spacious home from home and I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Agni travel were very well organised, the paperwork was timely and included everything we needed. I would not hesitate to book with them again.

Enjoyed our stay

Had a great holiday, villa well equipped. No aircon downstairs fan required. Directions were co-ordinates and had us at the harbour?. Just before latchi turn left at aphrodite store onto unmarked Rd,turn left at fork 400mtrs then left at finish health farm, continue to top of hill and sharp left for 100 mtrs and villa is on right. Saves wondering round at midnight like we were. The owners are very helpful and are next door if needed.

Very comfortable and clean

Lovely relaxing place. Plenty of space for us. Beds were comfortable and A/C was in each bedroom. The pool was great. No complaints.

Spacious villa and lovely garden. Would definitely stay again and would recommend the villa to anyone!. The villa is only a few minutes drive from Latchi Harbour and near to plenty of tavernas and restaurants. The outside space is surrounded by a wall and garden which gives privacy from other villas.

The Swimming Pool was clean and well maintained. The house was spacious and the owner is a very friendly and courteous person. It was the perfect place to spend 10 days in the sun. Would definitely book with Agni Travel again, their service was faultless.

Had a fantastic time - villa was absolutely spotless. Brilliant location, 15 mins walk to all the lovely restaurants at the marina - walk back was up quite a steep hill so wouldn’t be good for people with mobility problems but great exercise after enjoying a lovely meal! Would definitely return as Latchi is a bit off the tourist trail it’s very relaxing

Villa Illiada

Lovely villa, Not as clean as first thought as it seemed to have been not used for the winter time as cupboards had a musty odour and could not have been cleaned before we arrived or the contents of cupboards would not have stunk as bad , so bad they were unusable (needed to wash them all) and the pool-man would turn up to clean the pool at 8pm which we found unacceptable , the plus side was the owner was very friendly and helpful

Wonderful villa, ideal for families and more mature people like myself. I was surprised and delighted to see flowers, tea bags, milk, apples, jams, bottle of wine etc waiting for me on arrival. The state of the villa was immaculately clean and provided all you needed to look after yourself or family. Family who owned the property visited me and were most charming and helpful. Location of villa perfect for someone wanting peace and quiet in a country location but with the sea and local shops close by. I will stay there again if possible.

Iliada Villa is situate in a beautiful quiet rural location but extremely convenient for Latchi and Polis. It is a big property with plenty of space for our family. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa and we fully intend to return. We did not hire a car but used a local taxi service, who were excellent, extremely friendly and reasonably priced. Maria the owner was lovely and popped in to say hello and we can only say a big thank you to Maria and Agni Travel who made our holiday thoroughly enjoyable.

lovely location

latchi is a great place if you want to avoid the typical karaoke bars and english breakfasts. very picturesque town. however the villa itself does need a bit of refurbishment. it is quite dated and run down. uncomfortable beds and the kitchen cupboard were all quite musty. however, any problems we had (we had trouble with the washing machine) and the owners were straight over and fixed it. the villa was kept so clean and we had fresh towels and bed linen every 4 days! also the pool was cleaned frequently. the villas location is on farm up a hill, so whilst you don't need a car, it is a long, steep walk back in the heat with heavy shopping without one.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Illiada and want to go back! The villa was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was roomy and spacious, with a beautiful pool and amazing rural views. The cleaners who came by a few times were friendly and efficient, working to high standards. Maria the owner popped by to say hello and when we had a very minor issue, she dealt with it immediately. The walk to the shops and beach meant going down a farm track and cutting through a neighbouring holiday resort. This reduced the walking time massively from heading down the winding main road, and means that you dont need a car. The only thing that did mar the holiday a little was the local dogs that bark at night. Wed wake up at 3am because of them and theyd go for over an hour. Theres nothing anyone can do about it and Im sure if the air con was on you probably wouldnt hear them (we didnt need the air con as it was April). But it was a shame as it meant we didnt feel as refreshed as we would have liked. On the whole we had a brilliant two weeks and would definitely return.
