Super appartement, avec une hôte très attentionné, Acceuil au top, bonne situation à 2 min de la mer et à 5m de la piscine. Appartement très confortable

Fabulous holiday

We had an amazing week in a beautiful apartment. The place is well located ( only a 5 minute walk to the beach). The pool is clean and quiet and perfect for young children. The apartment is well stocked with everything we could need. Our host was more than helpful, and the mid week maid service was more than we expected.

Excellent

Excellent service from Patricia. Very clean and well maintained apartment. Had a small private garden and looks on to a lovely pool. Just a few minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants. Would definitely like to go back again.

Just an excellent experience all round. Our host Patricia was great with clear instructions on checking in etc. The apartment was everything we needed in a great location just a few min from the beach bars and restaurants and of course the beautiful pine walk. Would definitely recommend

The Perfect Stay

Upon arrival to the property we were greeted with a fantastic selection of breads, ham, cheeses - everything we needed to get us start (Which was perfect having a 2-year old). Patricia was a fantastic host and the communication for whatever we needed was super clear. Being a short walk to everything you need in Puerto Pollenca, It's a place i have no doubt we'll be returning to, for many years to come.

Apartment in bergantin

Clean and spacious apartment, could do with a little upgrading of soft furnishings but comfortable. Good communication from owners . The only downside was that the communal pool could do with being cleaned more regularly. Overall a good experience tho !

A wonderful holiday

We had a fantastic 10 days here recently. The apartment was as advertised, very clean and in a perfect location. All communication with the host was swift and efficient and we were regularly provided with fresh sheets and towels. Our only complaint is that the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Also, better sunloungers could have been provided for the outside space, rather than having to use slightly saggy ones from by the pool. The pool also became very noisy when a large family group arrived - shouting and bomb dropping. But this not the hosts fault! . Other than that, 10/10.

Great communication from the host from the start and she was very accommodating to our needs. The apartment was exactly as described, in very good order and nice and spacious. Check in was smooth and easy, as it was self check in so there was no worry about turning up late. The instructions and pictures made everything very straightforward to enter the property. There was a welcome basket and wine and water which was lovely, particularly when you are arriving late and the shops are shut. The kitchen had everything you need and was very well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans and useful utensils. Plenty of towels and pool towels. Beds were comfortable and there was ample wardrobe space. There is a nice garden with table and chairs and a couple of sun loungers. It was handy being on the ground floor as you walk down a few steps into the pool area which was lovely. A good size pool with very nice sunloungers and natural shade from trees if you wished. The location was great - a residential road with plenty of parking and just a short walk to the puerto with many restaurants and shops. We had a fabulous time, ate far too much delicious ice cream and would certainly come back to this lovely apartment again.

Wir fanden ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage vor. Die Wohnung wurde zweimal in der Woche gereinigt und die Handtücher bei Bedarf gewechselt. Alles im allem haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Spotless apartment in an ideal location

The property was spotless and we had the nice surprise of being greeted with milk in the fridge, bread, butter, coffee and other essentials. The garden has a nice terrace which is shaded and an area in the sun which is secluded. The location is ideally situated, near the beach but on a quiet street. The pool was cleaned every morning and was a nice temperature. I will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay

Excellent stay in this clean and immaculate apartment. Spacious and light, in a great location some 5 min walk from Pine Walk. Patricia could not have been any more helpful and the welcome pack and goodies were beyond expectation. We have two young children and have stayed in PP for the past 6 years. We have become well accustomed to the area and different holiday lets and for suitability for families this has to be among the best we have stayed in. We have already booked again, so this surely speaks volumes.
